Who is Eligible in 2026?

Your child may be eligible for the CDBS if they meet the following criteria:

• They are between 0 and 17 years old for at least one day of the calendar year.
• They are eligible for Medicare.
• Your family receives an eligible payment, such as the Family Tax Benefit Part A, at least once a year.
