Yes, we warmly welcome veterans. If you hold a DVA Gold Card, nearly all dental treatments are covered at no cost to you. White Card holders are also covered for specific conditions.

Absolutely. Transparency is key. After your examination, we will provide a detailed treatment plan outlining exactly what needs to be done and the associated costs before we begin any procedure.

Payment is required on the day of service immediately following your appointment. For major treatments requiring lab work (like crowns), a deposit may be required when booking.

Private health funds set their own rebates for each service, which often cover only part of the treatment cost. The "gap" is simply the difference between the treatment fee and what your insurance provider pays.
